Videographer

Responsibilities:

• Collect high-quality raw footage and photography both internally and for clients.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and on teams with strategic direction.
• Interest in learning new industry trends and technical equipment.
• Post-production editing/retouching taking projects from concept to completion independently.
• Understand the clients and gather visual assets that fit their individual brand.
• Offer suggestions on creative direction when participating in meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience.
• Strong understanding of photo/video, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in editing software’s including, but not limited to; Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, or comparable editing software.
• Adapts well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability, while taking direction and being open to feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong presentation skills.
• Highly organized with thoughtful attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; good time management skills and strong work ethic.
• Deadline-oriented; proven ability to meet both creative and timing expectations while managing multiple projects at once.
• Ability to present concepts/ideas to senior management.
• Disciplined, organized, and can be trusted to follow through projects from start to finish.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of the marketing/design team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
